I have been following this legislation for a while. It was simply in committee and handed unanimously with ZERO no votes. Appears like this may pave the way in which for different states and possibly the feds to lastly crack down on these crypto scams.
Appears prefer it has another committee to undergo after which they’re going to do a full vote on it. After that the NY senate must cross it as nicely.
